Forests are Earth's natural shield against climate disaster. Deforestation = more CO₂ = hotter planet + wild weather. Every tree counts—restore forests today to protect tomorrow! 🌿💚 #PlantTrees #SaveNature

Vance took a 40 car motorcade to meet Meloni who just walked in. The funny part? Despite bringing hundreds of people Vances team forget to bring a single translator. Hubris and stupidity make really bad diplomacy.

A 15,000-year-old painted limestone, from the Hohle Fels Cave, Swabian Jura. The shapes of the dots are symmetrical and executed precisely. The accuracy indicates that the dot rows were painted using a tool or stamp.
On display at our branch museum urmu, Blaubeuren.

Nest-building is now well underway & the male Wren is taking more & more breaks to advertise the wrenlet-rearing opportunity.
The 10th of February is pretty early - are you seeing any nesting birds yet? There's also a pair of Robin's nest-building nearby.

Here's a look at my climb down into this cave after a few miles of hiking across mostly barren land. I made friends with the 4 crows that lived inside, they had such lovely little personalities!

Every now and then, I come across a place in nature that simply doesn't feel real. Crawling down a small hole in the absolute middle of nowhere and stepping into this scene was like being transported to another world. I found myself enchanted and struggled to leave for quite some time. #Photography

“You can really see the ancient traits here: the deep brow and hooded, rain-shedding “toad eye,” the short, neat ear, and that dense forelock framing the face like something from cave art. The broad muzzle and powerful jaw speak to survival on sparse moorland forage.”
