Since we're at the halfway point, I want to give a shout out to @elittlechild.bsky.social from @trekculture.bsky.social for making me aware of this cool advent calendar last year. I made sure to get one for this year for my son and I to build this year. It's been fun and can't wait to complete it.

Today my dad would have been 76 years old. I find myself missing him more as the years go on. I think today I'll watch Star Trek Generations in his honor. I will always remember how blown away he was with the surround sound at the theater as the saucer section crashed.
