A couple of years ago, I reshared (and stated) posts about defunding the (US) police. A friend I really respect who lives in NYC wasn’t pleased with that stance. I now wonder where the people who were against defunding are, bc cops aren’t going to help people fight ICE/CBP. They’re the same.
