Doing your bit matters. But doing it alone isn’t enough. Real momentum comes when those actions connect, when people get together and build something bigger than any one person could alone.

Visit carboncopy.eco/changeprint to see why collective action changes what’s possible.

❓️ What do ordinary people on the street think of rescuing beagle puppies from animal testing..?

Rose took to the streets to ask that very question and the answer was resounding: regular people do not think rescuing dogs is a crime.
In 2 weeks Beagle Rescue Trial 4 kicks off, as Rose and her..

This should be the priority of Starmer’s government. Yet silence.

When is our government going to ACT? When? ‼️

You’d think the current floods would be a big enough hint! ☔️☔️☔️

🚨 The Government's latest national security assessment gives a stark warning: ecosystem collapse is a national security risk.

🌍 From food shortages to economic instability, the UK is dangerously unprepared—and we need urgent action now.

There is already alternative thinking out there that seems to be ignored by most mainstream parties.
📢 Good to see this 🔽. Economics as a discipline is largely irrelevant to the world we live in now and the challenges it faces. It is stuck in a post-Hayekian wasteland of abstruse economic modelling and has lost sight of both the human being and the planet. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

A previously restored farmland #pond managed yesterday. Now you can see the forest horizon. A better habitat for aquatic plants, Great Crested Newt & all sorts of other creatures. This pond is bang in the middle of a big arable field yet everything goes to it

I met many student midwives particularly saying just that as they protested against fees coming in for them. So often a career people take up after having children themselves
Me too in 1995/6. I was one of the last to get a grant.

I paid for my own p/t MA though, while working & bringing up a child. I could see then, that student fees would be a massive barrier for mature students - most of whom made up nursing & midwifery cohort - we’re seeing the impact of that now!
