To tie the two news items together, Uini Atonio and Bundee Aki overlapped playing for Counties Manakau in 2011. I think Atonio wasn’t good enough to play for the senior first team though, he moved to France later that year.

But on a rugby side, France have a big problem because they’ve struggled to develop a 3 that can compete with the likes of Wilco Louw, Thomas du Toit, etc
