If this is true, it appears that the agent who took Alex's gun from Alex's holster, fired off a shot after he moved away from Alex. Dirty cops know what to do. They can use this as false evidence that Alex fired the first shot and all of their shots were defensive, as stated falsely by Barbie Noem.

If this is true, it appears that the agent who took Alex's gun from Alex's holster, fired off a shot after he moved away from Alex. Dirty cops know what to do. They can use this as false evidence that Alex fired the first shot and all of their shots were defensive, as stated falsely by Barbie Noem.

The Washington Post published a clear video of federal agents removing Alex Pretti's handgun moments before he was fatally shot. There's nothing in the video to suggest Pretti even reached for his weapon.

I don’t see too many people talking about what an incredible accomplishment it was for MN officials and lawyers to get those affidavits and that motion written and filed and to get a Trump appointed judge to issue a TRO against the feds to stop them from destroying evidence - all in the same day.

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

I'm disgusted, angry, at boiling point, and I doubt this new murder -- because there is no other way of describing it -- by 'federal agents' will be the last.
