At no point in this entire article of 16 paragraphs does ABC mention that another cop killed this cop by shooting her in the back. Nor does it mention the name of the cop who killed this cop. Nor does it mention that the civilians involved never fired at them.

ABC might as well be state media.

Why did FEMA cut the program (created during Trump 1.0 btw)?

Because it was "more concerned with climate change than helping Americans affected by natural disasters.”

This administration apparently doesn’t believe helping communities prepare for disasters in advance is fiscally responsible. (3/3)

We’ve already heard from one organization that stands to lose $333K in funds that would’ve improved climate resiliency on one of our most vulnerable islands.

Not only is this blatantly unconstitutional; it will leave communities across the country high and dry, including many in Maine. (2/3)

FEMA announced it's dismantling the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program—canceling in-progress projects and clawing back grants it promised to pay out.

To be clear, this program was structured so recipients pay for their projects *upfront*, and are then reimbursed. (1/3)

I am not used to seeing genuinely new ideas from the DNC.
We’re launching the People’s Cabinet—a group of leaders, experts, and everyday Americans who will cut through Trump’s lies and speak directly to the people.

Stay tuned for more.

1. A transgender woman let legislators know she intended to use the bathroom in the Florida Capitol.

A contingent of officers waited for her, and stood outside the door.

When she stepped in, she was arrested and sent to a men's jail.

This is fucking demented: Judge said “The deal is no longer merely ‘proposed’ but done, rendering plaintiffs' requested relief moot as to that property.”

In other words, DOGE already illegally stole USIP’s $500 million building so I can’t stop them.

This is the shit that makes me feel hopeless.
