I was thinking about how supersonic passenger jets like Concorde are still the best technology for reaching somewhere as fast as possible we just don't use them anywhere cause they're way too expensive. are there any other technologies like that, theoretically superior but rarely used?

anxiety+OCD+autism+depression really bad and really debilitating and exhausting and overwhelming atm. fight or flight anxious almost all day every day, huge contamination fears, can't think straight at all so keep fucking up things I could usually do

this is one of those stupid system of governance things that doesn't matter much but I don't understand this local government reform stuff. basically counties+boroughs abolished and replaced with unitary authorities but it means splitting the counties into multiple authorities?
