#KeeperoftheFlame Still Black. Still a Lesbian. Still a Veteran. Still with Her. Much love and respect for Harris and Biden. You can't duck your vote. You own it all. Oh, and I block stupid shit.
Doing good things in the face of trump's evil is a choice that should inspire us all.
Group raises over $150K to support Haitian community in Springfield
He said the goal of the group is to “welcome (Haitians) and to protect them from being deported back to a country where we are convinced their lives will be in danger.”

omfg, why do I bust out laughing when I look at this? 🤣

We need to vote in numbers MLK would be so proud of so Rs can't just steal elections. And we need to vote FOR Dems and against what Bondi and her boss represent.

That means challenging Red seats and keeping Blue seats.
February 12, 2026 at 2:43 AM
She's acting like someone who is sure they'll never face accountability.

Let this be a warning to us all. Bondi definitely has a vested interest in Rs staying in power - all of them do, but she can bring the DOJ to do a lot of harm this Nov.

Nothing like destroying any credibility you might have had with one announcement. 😒
Gallup announces, after 88 years, it will no longer track public approval of presidents. Trump's second-term approval rating fell to 36% in December, among the lowest ever recorded by the company. The president repeatedly has threatened to sue media and polling firms that portray him negatively.

Doesn't getting a Pardon mean you accept guilt? Or am I wrong?
Rep. Joe Neguse (D-CO) questions Pam Bondi about Justice Dept's decision to hire a pardoned Jan 6 riot defendant... and questions if Trump Admin truly "backs the blue"

"This is a fully occupied city". Minneapolis and the surrounding cities throughout Minnesota are experiencing an unconstitutional & barbaric federal occupation.

It has not let up. It has not gotten better. The federal gov is actively violating constitutional rights.

Trump’s Golden Era is looking very red. And American families are suffering because of his disastrous policies.

Right? By every metric, Dems have been way better at creating jobs than Rs.

Israel elected Sharon after that which made negotiations more difficult, and Arafat still wasn't helpful.

I think the second intifada started either right before Sharon was elected or right after.

Here's a paper that discusses that violent event.

Negotiations ended soon after that, which really set the tone for the next several decades. Militant Palestinians wanted a second intifada.

I found this in depth discussion of the event that helps with the timeline and takes from varies books written by party's involved with the second accord.

The 95% is talking about land. Arafat had initially asked for 91% or something, but he still would not agree to this offer.
February 11, 2026 at 6:51 PM
Near the end, "the Israelis took it a step further. Here, they accepted the Palestinians receiving 95%, without word on swaps. Still, no deal was accepted, despite being firmly within the amounts the Palestinians initially stated were sufficient."
February 11, 2026 at 6:51 PM
That leaves out a lot of context.

It's my understanding that Arafat kept delaying and changing the demands for the PLO from demands he had previously agreed to. Even Egypt wanted him to get an agreement done. At one point Clinton did walk out but the negotiations didn't stop.

Manufacturing overall has LOST jobs over the past year (-83k).
Pretty much every manuf subsector is flat or down, with modest exceptions for fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, food.

That's a good chart to save. Thanks!

I don't know why they think doing that shit is a good look. It highlights their unprofessionalism so gives the accusations more weight.
Bondi spent Jim Jordans opening statement smiling at him and nodding along, and is now fidgeting with every item in front of her as Raskin speaks.

During these 37 years here's the average job growth per year under the two parties:

Republicans - 90,000 2/

The Trump administration’s attempt to indict six Democratic lawmakers was an outrageous abuse of power and perhaps its most brazen attack on freedom of speech so far.
A grand jury has refused to indict Democratic lawmakers in connection with a video in which they urged military members to resist “illegal orders.”

Just get on the plane, JD. No one believes any R believes shit about representing "Republicans snd Democrats".

And we know damn well that if even 1 Olympic athlete said even one thing supporting Trump or condemning Dems, y'all would be giving them the Medal of Freedom.
February 11, 2026 at 3:14 PM
Huh... I was told the trump would be better for the "economy" 🤔

Maybe "economy" was code for we're racist misogynist fucks who want to use the economy as an excuse?
The economy produced roughly the same number of jobs in Joe Biden’s last full month in office as it produced in Donald Trump’s first full year in office.
Kind of wild that this jobs report is being framed so positively when it also says this “the annual benchmark revisions sharply lowered estimates for job growth in earlier months. The new estimates show that the U.S. economy added just 181,000 jobs in 2025, down from the earlier estimate of 584,000”
