Fossil gas makes Europe vulnerable.

It fuels the climate crisis, drives up costs, and hands power over our energy to politicians we cannot trust.

Energy security means breaking free from gas.

Gerhard Schröder is a textbook example of a modern European traitor.

He traded his country’s future for a paycheck from Putin

Somehow, all the programs that help the majority of Americans are decried as “wasteful spending,” but the ones that help billionaires aren’t…

Funny how that works.

Posts like this, ROYALLY fuckin irritate me. Like, I think the majority of these things should happen. AND the popularity of these things are VASTLY overestimated by people:

- Pew found only 58% of people think taxes for individuals over $400k should be raised. That number is 63% with businesses.

The heads of Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, and Tesla all joined Trump at his inauguration.

Since then, largely thanks to Trump's Big Ugly Bill, their companies have reaped $51B in federal tax breaks — paid for by huge cuts to our social safety net.

This is what oligarchy looks like.

The EU is one of the world’s most fossil-import-dependent economies. In 2023, imports met 58% of its energy demand -near pre-crisis levels - leaving consumers exposed to price shocks. That’s far above China (24%) & India (37%); only Japan (84%) & South Korea (80%) rely more.
