This is unreal. An AUSA talking like that in open court is about as close as you can come to a total breakdown. Never heard of anything like it.

Like if they charge you for engaging in constitutionally protected speech—informing others about the presence and location of law enforcement in open channels—your job is to litigate that, everyone else's job is to make sure you have a good lawyer.

Just had a great legal win today. Big career moment and I’m extremely proud! Ahhhh. Sometimes this job is a real blast.

Not good not good not good
Q: “Why is Tulsi Gabbard involved in a domestic law enforcement search in Georgia?”

Leavitt: “Tulsi Gabbard has been tapped by the President of the United States to oversee the sanctity and the security of our American elections.”

Ahhhhhhhhhh
Trump: "Minnesota is a mess. There's something in the water up there. I won the 3 three times but I got no credit for it. It's a rigged state. Really rigged badly w/ the Somalians, and the Somalians & the theft. We gotta get 'em out, most of them. 92% don't work. Many of them drive Mercedes-Benzes."

aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh
Trump: "These people were brought to our country to vote, & they vote illegally. The Republicans should say, we should take over the voting in at least 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting. We have states that I won that show I didn't win. You're gonna see something in Georgia"

Beautiful words. Order was expected but still very appreciated.

They turned the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division homepage into some right-wing nightmare bingo card. It’s like a Jeopardy! board for 4chan posters and people who get all their news from Tucker Carlson.

I know all eyes are on Minneapolis, but there's a fast-approaching nightmare in Springfield, Ohio.

Trump is revoking protected status for tens of thousands of Haitians living there on Feb. 3.

Reportedly, on Feb. 4, 1000 ICE agents are arriving to remove this population. Ethnic cleansing.

Tonight, on behalf of Minnesota law enforcement, I filed a lawsuit against DHS to prevent the destruction of evidence related to the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.

DHS is not above the law, and Alex sure as hell is not beneath it.

As an elections attorney, I’ve been following this activity closely since this summer and it’s very bad.

It will require major public outrage and the involvement of Congress and the federal judiciary to resolve things in a manner that preserves the integrity of our elections.
In the wake of another fatal shooting in Minneapolis.
AG Pam Bondi sends Gov. Walz a letter today making several asks including:
"Allow DOJ Civil Rights division access to state voter rolls"

There are just the loveliest little candlelight vigils for Alex Pretti being held all over Uptown right now. People building little candle memorials on street corners in the snow. This city is in pain but we will win together

My mom called me crying about the shooting and said “you don’t become a nurse unless you wanted to help, he just wanted to help people” and my heart broke all over again.

I am absolutely devastated for the people of Minneapolis. And I am praying for Alex Pretti, a man who appears to have been peacefully caring for his community and then protecting a woman being struck by ICE agents when he was executed in cold blood.

The official policy of the government of the United States of America is that they will murder anyone they want, that they will tell any lie necessary to justify that murder, and that no one who resists them has any rights they are bound to respect.

The trees of Minnesota have concluded their Entmoot and will join the hobbits in resistance. Under Bovino, forces gather in Minneapolis not seen since the Third Age. But Isengard still fell, and he is no Saruman. The march to liberate the Twin Cities begins. Victory is imminent.

All the evidence one would need to impeach both Rubio and Noem was just posted to the AAUP v. Rubio docket. @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social
Newly unsealed evidence makes it even clearer that Rubio and Noem knew they were targeting students based solely on their political speech and that they knew this policy was unconstitutional. They just didn’t care. www.nytimes.com/2026/01/22/u...

Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.

Lawyers retain an independent ethical duty that persists under the direction of an employer.

There is no professional obligation to participate in political retribution.
