Kristi Noem must be impeached. ICE must be abolished. Democrats in the Senate cannot fund DHS.

Trump has created a militarized police force accountable only to him. These agents need to leave our cities NOW.

Switching up Homan for Bovino doesn’t mean ICE is gone. One occupier leader flipped for another still means you are occupied. Ice needs to leave MN completely. All interior enforcement needs to end. CPB needs to stay at the border. MN has them on the back foot. But it’s not over.

Today I learned that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services created a fake appointment to entrap a Minneapolis Public Schools parent while she was with her kindergarten-aged child. I hate that this is not the first time we’ve seen these disgusting tactics.

I'll repeat my ask to Democratic Senators here: don't vote for the DHS funding bill, yes. AND ALSO do not vote for another single thing in the United States Senate until the invasion and occupation of Minnesota ends. Don't vote to name a post office, dedicate a road, or even a procedural motion

I want every person who has been flown out on Signature Airlines in shackles and being detained in Houston returned to us here in Minnesota. We should bring them home. The 100 people with refugee status they want to denaturalize, Liam, all of them. Bring them home.

exactly right: if nothing changes, nothing is finished
It's not just ICE leaving Minnesota, it's stopping this authoritarian test case right here -- not just sending it to Wisconsin or Colorado or Maine. So that is my plea to the United States Senate: stop *all* business as usual.

#Minnesota we still need to resist till ICE is gone!
Reminder that, as of the latest reports, Liam Ramos is still in prison in Texas - now for 5 days.

His parents are legal asylum seekers with no criminal record.

On west coast, grad school friends told me I would love MN. You really need to check it out. For real. Just go see.

Got a job at science company.

Found my community organizing home w/in months of moving here.

Regular people w/ vision & public leadership, we make MN thrive!

Yes I do love MN!
I got an internship up here my sophomore year that turned into a full time job offer when I graduated.

I fell in love instantly. This place welcomed me without question.

Minnesota is deeply flawed but it is my home and I want to make it a place where EVERYONE thrives.
When I was in my junior year of college, I was trying to figure out where to apply for internships that fed to full-time jobs. Every Minnesotan I knew never stopped talking about how amazing it is, with a fervor rivaled only by Texans, so I made it my mission to end up here

Never forget the Minnesota GOP invited Nick Shirley here & plied him with intel, resulting in targeted harassment of innocent people and ultimately, this occupation.
Except, a bunch of Minnesotans, including Luger’s full-time replacement and the core of the Minnesota GOP actively sought out this occupation and invited the paid agitator dick Shirley here. This is why Sen Demuth is unqualified to run for Gov. www.startribune.com/border-patro...

There is no “disorder” in Minneapolis. In fact, I believe the people of Minneapolis are leading a brilliant, authentic, incredibly strategic, restrained, non-violent resistance for democratic values and human rights. The authorities of our state (and the media) should have more faith in us.

Calling the residents of Minnesota who have been shown documenting or attempting to witness ICE activities in our midst “protesting” is inaccurate. ICE is ubiquitous. We don’t go to ICE, we see it in our daily lives. Secondly, legal observing is our only recourse to defend ourselves. 👇🏻
One thing that irks me: people keep calling the folks on the streets in Minneapolis protestors. They are not generally there to protest, they are there to observe and document. This is the product of organizing and mutual aid. It is telling that these acts of citizenship are seen as protest!
