I make my own garlic butter:
2 sticks regular unsalted butter
5-ish medium cloves of garlic, microplaned
1-2 green onions, chopped
1 slightly heaping tsp Maldon sea salt, obviously
Mix it all thoroughly in a small dish that you can lid, using a serving fork so ur not messing w cleaning whisk tines
