Love that Bose initiated a headphone update without my affirmative consent and then immediately dropped the connection, leaving my earbuds in an inconsistent software state I can't resolve until I get home. Awesome!

easy slogan for the next democratic presidential candidate is “i will reform the corrupt supreme court and repeal citizens united”
“When Citizens United was decided in 2010, billionaires had spent $18 million on the 2000 election, $13M 2004 and $16M in 2008. Then came the deluge. In 2012 it was $231M, and nearly doubled again in next three election cycles —to $682M in 2016, $1.2 billion in 2020 and $2.6 billion in 2024.” Gift:

in fact you do not have to show your ID when you board a train in the united states, you only need to show your ticket (which can be purchased without an ID)
Markwayne Mullin defends "show me your papers": "If you're here legally, there's nothing to hide. Most people already are walking around with a government-issued ID, meaning your Real ID or your driver's license. If you go board a train here, you gotta show your ID."

This is right and remarkable. He is not even capable of the miseries of an everyday man. Somehow too abject to be a divorced guy. His only heroic achievements are in loneliness.
you can be excited and inspired about the future if you don’t drive away everyone who once cared about you and replace them with weird fanboys. musk fundamentally needs longshot projects because his own choices have made his personal life a barren wasteland
"Life cannot just be about one sad thing after another," says the man responsible—directly or indirectly—for like 90% of the sad things that happened in the past year.

gatorade is owned by pepsico but it's the coca cola of the sports drink market. powerade in turn is owned by coca cola, but it's unquestionably the pepsi of sports drinks. this should be plainly obvious to all

Like I said a year ago where is their Marinetti? Where is their Wyndham? They have nothing to offer.
There is lots of great 20th century conservative art and basically nothing being made in the 21st century. There were a few hangovers from the last century, like Vargas Llosa, but they’re almost all gone.
