I am terrible at self-promotion; to correct that:

Listening to Tidal. Looking through new releases. Find a new Against Me! album called "Yesterday" which is uhhh... very much not Against Me!

Sole credits are "David Carter". Some digging leads to this brand new YouTube channel youtu.be/r6Hr34mjI3s?....

Is this AI music and trademark infringement?

YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT! I HAVE WRITTEN A NEW ARTICLE!

this one's a bit weird; rather than doing my usual "trying to organize my thoughts and building a winding case that builds on itself," I decided to show you what my EARLY article creation process looks like:

docseuss.medium.com/some-loosely...
some loosely organized thoughts about dialogue sysin games
think of this as me trying to find out what parts of dialogue choices are load bearing game design and what else can be done with dialogue.

Commissions are back open. Pay me to draw something for you! I could draw your company’s Christmas card or your son climbing out of Simon Cowell’s mouth or whatever. Doesn’t have to be his mouth, could be his ear.

Pricks is the absolute best comic which truly gets to the heart of the current UK madness. Buy issue 5. Buy all other issues. If you want to see what David Lynch would have made if he was sadder, Britisher, and raised on steak bakes rather than burgers then it is here. A wholehearted recommendation.
If you want to touch heads and/or buy comics, the Mindless Ones will be at Thought Bubble in Harrogate next weekend, tables B30-31, 2000AD Hall!

More details to follow. There will be Pricks.

Oh indeed. The cackles of glee in this house when me and my youngest realised was amazing. DONUT SQUAD is just the most inventive and playful thing week to week.
Now having to keep the envelopes THE PHOENIX comes in because they’re an essential part of the Donut Squad narrative. This is outstanding stuff in pushing the comics boundaries. Honestly, DONUT SQUAD is playing with the form in meta ways I have never seen before. (Follow @neillcameron.bsky.social!)
