Little guy managed to get three different “minor” viruses at school and they all converged to overwhelm him and put him in the hospital. We are home now with at-home meds but man was that not fun.
My cute five-year-old is in the hospital. I spent the night on a pull out couch. He’s been a trooper so far, but it’s obviously not fun. prayers or good thoughts or whatever you believe in would be appreciated 😢

Update: Did, in fact, cry multiple times. Particularly delighted by her take on my favorite innkeeper and her aggressive cheerfulness.
Spending the next few days listening to the audiobook files for The Scaleshifter’s Shield to check for any needed edits. Will be crying, guaranteed. There are no words for how cool it is to hear another human being breathe life into the characters you created in your own head.
