Well, there it is. Sinclair is digging in for a fight, so please help push back -- find stations in your area, watch their local news to see what ads they run, then write those advertisers to tell them you're boycotting as long as they're on a Sinclair station.

so, one of the things I am going to do right now is PUT THIS INTO MY PHONE AS A CONTACT, that way, if I see something I can immediately report it, not fumble around wishing I could find this number, remember the name of the organization, etc.
With credible reports that there will soon be a major increase in federal immigration enforcement activity in Chicago, I want to once again highlight the Family Support Network - a rapid response resource run by the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR). Use it if you spot ICE.

Finished These Summer Storms by @sarahmaclean.bsky.social today. Just delightful. I was worried when it was billed as fiction instead of a romance because it might have a not HEA. It is an excellent accompaniment to The Summer I Turned Pretty if you would like all the characters to be likeable.

As long as the blurb says what it should, I say go for it. Especially when historical romance is in such a crisis. I’m team rooting for Romance and all my friends and favourite authors to succeed. If that’s what it takes, I’m all for it. Make bold moves. Take some big swings.
