A little bragging but, I'm down 47lbs from my heaviest weight & am no longer considered obese. Not gonna lie, I could cry I'm so happy. I'm sleeping better, have more energy, & am generally more comfortable in my own skin. I'm by no means stopping here! This is all life & lifestyle changing!
