History is built in layers in Civ7, but your civ abilities disappear at each age transition.
What if we stack them, so in Modern you can play with Twelve Tables AND Normannitas AND Workshop of the World?
Traditions aren't powerful enough to change my game. But civ abilities might be.

- Positive improvement in UI that gives us info we should've had at launch, but still a long long way to go in presentation.
- Maps are great.
- Not a fan of the building cost changes. I can't afford to build anything, and it feels limiting instead of liberating.

History is built in layers. Your civilization will rise from nothing and fall, rise again as an entirely new type of society, then fall and rise again, a culture forever changing.
Also: The saw pit you built next to your palace in antiquity is still there as you fly to the stars.

2) That’s equivalent to state repression
3) Big name elite didn’t validate my feelings (ok, they did, but not enough)
4) This entitles—nay, requires—us to overthrow democracy and do state repression for real
That really is the logic
