I’m not even going to publish a copy of Trumps comments about Reiner and his wife. But occasionally he reminds me that he is simply one of the worst, most degenerate individuals who has ever existed in American public life. Hard to think of any more vicious, vile and sociopathic.

OK, I'll make a thread about my One City Challenge in Civ 7. I don't usually play Deity, and an OCC is hard enough, so I'm making it as easy as possible by starting Himiko/Maya, then finishing Abbasid-Qajar for great specialists. Not too many mountains and a few water tiles, and almost all Tropical.

Hey Firaxis,

History is built in layers in Civ7, but your civ abilities disappear at each age transition.

What if we stack them, so in Modern you can play with Twelve Tables AND Normannitas AND Workshop of the World?

Traditions aren't powerful enough to change my game. But civ abilities might be.

I would put more money on continuing to harvest infinite energy from the sun over assuming that forcing everyone to use The Machine The Lies To You is the steady basis of an entire economy
A fun question. In 5 years time, what looks better? The US’s enormous bet & capex on AI? Or China’s equally enormous bet and capex on renewables?
China has made cheap, clean energy available in huge quantities. The world should take the win econ.st/4oqFszB

Awesome that the Firaxis team is seeking feedback from the community on future changes.
As we test changes to Legacy Paths, Victories, and continuous play as one Civ through the Ages, we'd love your help shaping what's next for #Civ7.

Played the 1.2.5 patch for Civ 7.
- Positive improvement in UI that gives us info we should've had at launch, but still a long long way to go in presentation.
- Maps are great.
- Not a fan of the building cost changes. I can't afford to build anything, and it feels limiting instead of liberating.

Civ7:

History is built in layers. Your civilization will rise from nothing and fall, rise again as an entirely new type of society, then fall and rise again, a culture forever changing.

Also: The saw pit you built next to your palace in antiquity is still there as you fly to the stars.

1) Some of my speech got negative social reactions, which felt bad
2) That’s equivalent to state repression
3) Big name elite didn’t validate my feelings (ok, they did, but not enough)
4) This entitles—nay, requires—us to overthrow democracy and do state repression for real

That really is the logic
