I’ve done the numbers and I will be paying a bit less tax in 2026/27. The Scottish Government is partially mitigating the effect of the fiscal drag from the frozen personal allowance imposed by the Tories and maintained by the Red Tories at Westminster. Sarwar never talks about that!!
