I’m an audiobook narrator and companies have started using AI rather than human ‘check listeners’ (people who listen through to spot any errors before publication). I’ve been keeping a record of accuracy. Over the last year 90% of the AI-pickups I’ve been given have been wrong. #NotFitForPurpose

Totally agree Catherine. Plus, the huge expense of meeting the overcomplex and notfitforpurpose compliance burden. HESA returns, TEF KEF - the list is endless and the spend runs to millions.

My GP surgery went from *can usually get an appointment within a couple of days* to *trying to get an appointment for cancer symptoms for 3 MONTHs then finally getting one, only to find it’s not with a GP but with ‘Paramedic Kirsty’ #Notfitforpurpose
