My data-less take on the economy: the grocery store is a lot more fucking expensive today than it was even two months ago. Fast food is almost prohibitively pricey. Feels as bad or worse than Biden’s inflationary situation. Yet it’s a nonstory.

My guess is that any Simons analysis that isn't primarily "it's easier to clear money when you're starting with a 26yo on an expiring contract than a 35yo with three years left" is missing the point
