Non-lawyers: I cannot express just how abnormal it is for the DOJ to get no-billed repeatedly on these cases. Like tripping on a single blade of grass.

Deleted a post about “what’s your least favorite song” because the vibes are bad enough already.

Instead: what’s your favorite song that has a long title, say at least 6 words long?

Mine: “Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town” (Pearl Jam)

I think my people were just sick of stuffing straw into saddles in the mountains, so they moved to the beach. Also: granite, and tons of it.
Genuinely curious: If your family is American, what brought them here?

A judge editorializing to this extent, on the last page of an order, is truly astonishing. This is not typical in the least.
Judge Biery signed the order with a photo of Liam and two bible verses: The first is "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." The second is simply "Jesus wept."

Astonishing thing for a judge to do.

The terrorists are the ones without masks. They’re the ones yelling “No!” or “Stop!” or “Shame!” or blowing whistles. Sometimes they brandish cameras at federal agents. These are just some of their diabolical tactics.

And what's more -- now that the people did it, the politicians are noticing and starting to follow suit.

Reminds me of the old line (attributed to various figures):

"There go the people. I must follow them, for I am their leader."
The people of Minnesota did that. Not Schumer and Jeffries, not Walz and Frey, not the standard-bearers of decorum. The People.

The Minnesota Star Tribune spoke with three experts who reviewed videos and photos of the grenades that Greg Bovino threw on Jan. 21 and determined it was more than likely smoke, though many had thought it was a far more toxic gas, given his "gas, gas, gas" warning. bit.ly/3YWp1jE

Two things: first, I’m sure I talked to the same experts the Star-Tribune did regarding Bovino and HC gas, and we all came to the same conclusion.

Second: if anyone has any evidence of ICE using HC gas, please DM me.
