I am really interested to learn how, practically speaking, they plan on making the ICC indictments just go away. And if not, how Putin, readmitted to G-8 (another part of the plans) is going to travel to all those summits

Appears that Russians are up to their time-honoured practice of disseminating weapons grade BS, now together with the WH. Recall the simpler days when they'd just eradicate dissidents with state-manufactured toxins, or shoot down commercial jets, rather than trying to regain the jewel of the USSR
