RI uses twice as much solar & wind (mostly solar) for its energy as CT, but half as much as MA... however, it's the most reliant on fossil fuels (primarily gas) of the three, using it for 80% of its energy compared to the others which are in the 50-60% range: ember-energy.org/data/us-elec...
