I am shocked & saddened to learn of the two individuals who passed away and were found in their car outside of Miriam Hospital.

Yesterday, I attended the Clean Energy is Affordable Energy press conference along with leaders in the labor, environment, and local energy developer communities to speak against the governor’s proposed cuts to energy efficiency & clean energy.

Spent the morning talking with neighbors in Newport, ending with a delicious lunch at Innovate Newport (get the bagel sandwich with impossible sausage).
Folks are hungry for the real solutions in government & leaders with energy & enthusiasm to get it done. Let’s go!

Providence folks: We are expecting another snowstorm this weekend with current projections of around 5 inches. The City is issuing a parking ban beginning tonight at midnight until 5pm tomorrow (Saturday 2/7).

Was glad to join Environmental Council of RI's legislative coffee! We heard from some of our state's leaders on the progress Rhode Island has made on key environmental issues, and the work still to be done.

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.
