I think there was a noticeable step up a couple of weeks ago, maybe tied to the debate Stratton seemed to win. Took more of a fighters' stance. It looks incredibly stiff and staged to my eyes (hey, that audience member HAPPENS to be in a union coat!) but hits the notes.

For any elected official who needs to hear this, I impart a lesson learned from the NFL:

I have spent my entire adult life being lectured by Republican politicians and conservative legal movement types about how important it is to preserve the sacred constitutional right to self-defense of *specifically this person* and then secret police murdered him in the street
