As a Londoner (with familial roots back to the 19th century), I’m finding it *extremely* difficult not to take the co-ordinated right-wing defamation of my home VERY personally, so the other social media apps are now intolerable.
London is not perfect, but it is a beacon of multicultural hope.

-Musk's tax rate on his $450BN is only 2.5% so far.
-Tesla & SpaceX received $3.7BN of US subsidies & loans.
-SpaceX has $22BN in US govt contracts.

Yes, cutting the speech that way makes it inaccurate, but let’s be clear. If you say, “And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore," to a crowd of folks who have been riled up by rhetoric for an hour, and they end up fighting *anyone*, you have culpability.

The International Olympic Committee is set to ban trans and intersex women from competition. This is despite the fact that for 20 years, the IOC has allowed trans athletes to compete and only 1 has ever competed and none have ever won a medal.

I avoid reposting twitter, but this is well put. Directed at Musk but captures Trump, too. I think it's tragic that such men are so clueless about the beauty of life. I believe their lack of joy is why they try to squash life and light from all of us. Living joyfully is how we will overcome.
