Charlie Kirk called me a ‘lunatic’ and a ‘prostitute’ and demanded I be deported.

Nothing, *nothing*, justifies killing him, or robbing his kids of their dad.

We don’t know the identity or motive of the shooter but murder can *never* be the response to political disagreements.

Man does it suck that the halftime show is unwatchable. ESPN should have to pay double for these rights.

The disparity btwn what’s actually happening in Los Angeles and the way it’s being mischaracterized is one of the biggest stress tests of modern media in recent memory. Botted socials, AI, old clips, declining literacy—it’s like seeing a broken emergency response system hit by a storm.

Feel free to tell me all about it. Also race riots in Benton harbor, LA, Minnesota and Ferguson had effects. I know you probably don’t feel them so obviously they failed.
No one teaches American history anymore. This and the Boston Massacre are the two most quoted and most misunderstood stories of the revolution over the past day.
What a wildly privileged take.

I can think of one time where it worked really well, somewhere is Boston, I believe Tea may have been involved.

I guess no one’s ever going to learn the lesson that rioting in the streets almost always benefits the right wing in American politics.
Save me your speeches about Watts. It’s been almost a perfect record since 1968.

If you believe this is world-changing tech, most of your evidence comes from people who need it to be. skeptics, on the other hand, can point to billions spent and almost nothing real to show for it. belief is easy when you’re invested, proof takes more work.

Here are some texts I got from an immigration lawyer friend of mine. Shared with permission. Some of the bleakest shit I’ve ever heard.

What telling my daughter about white genocide in South Africa taught me about b2b sales.
Just told my 10yo daughter about Elon Musk. She had tears in her eyes. And then she did the Wakanda pose and said "#Muskanda forever"—which is the sort of pop culture cross-over I can celebrate.

And then she asked if it's true that there's white genocide in Muskanda.

Everyone but the most deranged already knows this. His voters don’t care about being right or proving he’s better, they just want to win. (Win for white men, obviously.)
Well, that escalated quickly. 👀

I miss this city a lot sometimes, except that it’s in Florida.
1. Florida banned cities from lighting up bridges rainbow colors for Pride.

So the people of Jacksonville did it themselves using flashlights and gels.

They opened the drawbridge to block them.

So they marched to a different bridge.
