These guys can't fucking communicate, and they have very literally never had to learn how to. Everyone they have talked to, for decades, sounds exactly like chatgpt glazing them.

So much rot. Pestilence. Festering decay.

We have to raze this shit and salt the ground.
Jeffrey Epstein advised Steve Bannon that the lawyers representing Brett Kavanaugh in his confirmation hearing should accuse Christine Blasey Ford of being on medications that cause false memories or memory loss.

Progressives like AOC were intensely criticized for helping tank Amazon’s proposed HQ2, which is the land these apartments will be built on.

HQ2 in Virginia has been a total bust and Amazon is planning to replace much of its workforce with robots.

Once again, progressives were right — just early.

In my old town the GOP had run basically without serious challenge for decades. A bunch of us "millennials" joined the local Dem party and basically asked to help.

We were running it in a year. Within 4 years we had a majority of town seats flipped Dem. A FAR more progressive Dem than old party
“Rather than taking over the Democratic Party the same way the right took over the Republican Party, we should take the easier route and just start up a new party ourselves!”

I’m about to fill my pockets with stones and walk into the sea.

Absolutely.

The far right took over the GOP through the long process of taking over local and county organizations and the left can do the same. It’s not an instant fix but it actually works.
Join your county Democratic Party! There are shockingly few people willing to show up and those are the people who get to make decisions

So this bill has to pass the house, right? Do they have the votes to pass it? Can Johnson call the vote without swearing Grijalva in?

A slightly different take from what you've probably been seeing
in particular, this makes people want to primary people who should be primaried anyway, makes sure people aren't starving over the holidays, and (as it's too late to do the ACA subsidies in time for open enrollment), gives a second bite at the apple in january
i would still donate to primary challengers if this is the deal, but this is better

I absolutely don't want Senate Dems to cave, but some key things:

1. If they do, this gets kicked back over to the House, which has to vote on it again since it would differ from their own version...which I think only runs thru 11/21?

2. That presumably means having to swear in Grjalva.

KBJ threaded the needle thanks to CA1’s unfinished business.

-if she denied the admin stay, the full SCOTUS woulda stepped in to override her.
-if she immediately referred the case to the full Court, they coulda dragged feet.
-instead she boxed them in to act quickly once she does refer the case.

OVER A MILLION USERS

DISCUSS SUICIDE WITH CHATGPT

EVERY *WEEK*

what the fuck are we DOING here
Panera’s moderately caffeinated lemonade was loosely associated with 2 deaths before it was taken off market.

This article alone has 4 examples of ChatGPT encouraging young people to commit suicide, and OpenAI’s own public stats estimate over a million users discuss suicide with ChatGPT each week.
I fully believe in the corporate death penalty and believe we would be a better world if OpenAI lost its corporate charter and was forcibly dissolved.
