Something that I've noticed at hospital Emergency Departments in Alberta recently... they no longer display the anticipated wait time to see a doctor.

When hypersensitive to medications, starting a new one requires a Tritation period.
This means slowly increasing the dose by very small amounts over weeks, even months, to hopefully find a safe dose that is effective without excessive side effects.
Many fail quickly.
Two weeks in. Buckle up.

I appreciate the friendships that I have made with people younger than me, some substantially.
Many have expanded my thinking, kept me young at heart.
There's some sadness with such friendships, realizing that I'll miss much of their life journey.
Such is life. I will enjoy it while I can.
