How can this man be in our Parliament. Surely so obviously supporting and sharing the stage with someone who has and/or is about to go on to do a Nazi salute is in breach of some sort of Parliamentary standards?

It's impossible to dissociate this salute from Hitler's nazi regime. This salute will be called forever 'nazi salute' or 'Hitler salute' (as we call it in the Netherlands).
