followers i haven't followed back yet, there are more of you than i'm used to and i'm a bit overwhelmed (i'm easily overwhelmed). it's not personal and i generally do follow back if we interact, but if i don't do it right away, i tend to forget. i appreciate you all (except the musk impersonators).

coworker who usually covers user support has gone on holiday and before he left he set up an automated scenario that replies "please remove us from your mailing list" to spam messages because he doesn't understand he's just inviting more spam that way, that i now have to deal with in his absence.
