It took me an entire year to even break $1k in a weekend. At my peak I did 10-12 shows a year, out of desperation because I needed it to live. The stress probably took years off my life. And now? Now you can’t even get in. 1500+ applications for sometimes <10 tables. Don’t do it.
Don’t know who needs to hear this but stop quitting your job to do artist alley and conventions, there are no benefits or health insurance and it is so unpredictable and the competition is worse than trying to get into Harvard lol

ICE lied about the person it shot, claiming he was a "criminal," but NBC finds that he had no criminal history whatsoever. Not even traffic tickets in 12 years! It also lied about the extent of the injuries to its agents....
