This is at least the third time I can remember where ICE accused someone of "weaponizing" their car against them, and they were lying the other two times

NYT with a completely psychotic take:
1. It’s good but doesn’t go far enough.
2. Might be some problems with how it was done but let’s not focus there, because
3. What if icky China does this???
Plenty to celebrate and probably awesome but some difficulty ahead 👍🥰😇

babe wake up, they're doing insider trading on war crimes
“What appears to be a newly created account appeared to invest $30,000 Friday in Maduro's exit. After Maduro went into custody Saturday morning, that same investor netted $436,759.61.”
Someone made $400K by predicting Maduro's capture. Here's what happened
The winnings come as the rules governing prediction markets are still evolving.

Nobody who keeps publicly admitting to being taken in by the wallet inspector has any business being in elected office let alone supposed opposition leadership
Schumer: “I was in the SCIF on 3 different occasions … I asked them: Are you pursuing regime change? Are you intent on taking military action in Venezuela?"

“And they are assured me they are not pursuing those things”

Insider trading on regime change. A perfect Trumpian twist to the long arc of US foreign policy.

And no fentanyl mentioned… You know, the drug Americans have been murdering civilians over in the Caribbean…

The indictment only mentions cocaine…You know, the drug smuggled into America by former Honduran President, Hernández, who was pardoned by the pedo-criminal after actually smuggling cocaine
AG Pam Bondi says Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, have been indicted in SDNY.

Maduro was previously indicted in 2020 on federal charges including narco-terrorism conspiracy and cocaine importation conspiracy.

Unclear what Flores is charged with.

The bombing of Venezuela and the kidnapping of Maduro are gross violations of international law and our own Constitution.

Trump & his admin have lied, consolidated power, & committed war crimes to seize Venezuelan oil & pursue regime change for their imperialistic agenda in the Western Hemisphere.

Incredible. The Trump-Vance admin just posted a video promoting their bombing of Venezuela.

…And it is set to the song “Fortunate Son” — which is explicitly about the rich and powerful starting wars under the flag of hollow patriotism, and then making the rest of America pay the consequences.

In our name, with our money, ostensibly for oil, but mostly because we have a president who's addicted to power and attention and needs to deflect from being friends with the world’s most famous pedophile. Shame on these fucking monsters who run my country. They need out.
