No matter what the politicians say, this is discrimination. Look at how the regulation is worded: This is not a ban on its use for a particular indication, it's a ban for a population.

Last night I had just managed to get to sleep despite neighbour 1‘s 24/7 outside light plus bonus flashing Xmas lights when neighbour 2 started using power tools at midnight.
If there is a god, he definitely wants me to go to jail.
