Staffers are way more likely to care about callers who are respectful. Call your senators, tell them to hold the line, remember that's what they're doing right now, and thank them for it. Being obnoxiously oppositional gets us nowhere.
please call your senator if you live in Washington to thank them for holding steady on the budget. I just saw that the White House has singled Senators Murray and Cantwell out as “demented freaks” in a GamerGate-style attempt to drive harassment towards them.
