Yes, that is as Kafkaesque as it seems; the BIA is saying that a child adjudicated to be abused, abandoned, and neglected, who has already been approved for a status that will permit the child to get a green card, should nonetheless be deported instead — because of backlogs outside of their control.

A must read
Trump is demanding that GOP side with him over Epstein's victims, Rep Ansari tells me. She had a harrowing exchange with one victim who recounts how her mom had cancer and he exploited that.

Also note her mockery of network disclaimers on Trump. More like this, Ds:

This should be front news on all media and the country should come to a halt until it stops. It's heartbreaking and wrong on all levels.
A baby?!? A mother after she dropped off her kids at school? It's absolutely monstrous.

In April, state + fed police raided a bday party near Austin, arresting ~50 people including nine kids.

Cops claimed w/o evidence they’d busted a Tren de Aragua gathering, + only charged two people w/ a crime.

Now, the local DA has dropped both charges

This is far worse than anyone expected.

Trump's HUD plan would cut *two-thirds* of permanent housing and push as many as 170,000 formerly homeless people back onto the street—redirecting funds to work mandates, forced treatment, and encampment sweeps.

All as mass internment camps are being built.
