I think they’re hoping all the seniors needing ALC didn’t get their flu/covid shots because they couldn’t figure out how to book it online a year in advance and that they just die and stop being such a problem. Or die in over-burdened ERs😑

Let’s look at REAL TIME DATA for our EDM Adult EDs RIGHT NOW:

Most recent 2015 went to ER w/chest pains; stent inserted within 7 hrs; triple CABG 3 weeks later; still alive today.

Seeing more and more weighing in about how the GNH Triage nurse/ED team should be held to personal account makes me realize that the avg AB just doesn’t understand what an utter dumpster fire our major EDs have been for months/yrs.

It would be nice if I could get my colleagues to collect and share more sub-optimal cases again, to show how this one tragedy is just the tip of the iceberg... but they are so burnt out and so distressed, and so worried about recrimination from govt, that it just won't happen
