I read the report (briefly) and it says to hire more EA’s, cap classroom sizes (by grade/age needs), invest in FSCD, PUF, early learning…. Which is 100% what was said from the beginning by ATA and teachers, now they are rebranding it as “their idea” from “their committee”?

I agree they should do more, but the provinces have consistently rejected attempts to tie funding to outcomes as a violation of their jurisdiction. Penalties for privatization like in Alberta would be a good first step.
