Wrongheadedly bought a pair of the 6 pack Nike tick socks, when I should have gone for the much superior CostCo Kirkland 8 pack sports socks in black, & paid the difference.

Manifesting such an attachment to an image of themselves as the righteous 'one and only socialist' seems a tad narcissistic if you ask me.

TO LIVE AS PEOPLE OR DIE LIKE MEN: ATTICA

In 1971, a community cast aside by the state attempted to reclaim their humanity and political subjectivity. We look at the Attica Prison Uprising to see what that event can teach us about politics, law and violence.

Any self-identifying liberal who voted for these instinctively authoritarian pieces of shit should hang their head in shame. Genuinely worse than the Tories on basic legal freedoms.

So the actual bar being discussed for juryless trials seems to be anything where the sentence is less than 5 years.

Anything less than 5 years would not require a jury and could be decided by a judge in a closed room.

Worth noting that 3 years is the top number for activists generally...

Okay, I can't let this one go. I live in Ireland, not the UK, but the use of this image by a supposedly socialist party is so stupid and offensive, I'm going to get stuck in.

Let me explain to you why any experienced illustrator/designer could have stopped you making so many miserable mistakes. 1/

Reel Politik condemns Sir Keir Starmer's reckless and premature attempt to smoke out a leadership plot by the despicable wretch Wes Streeting, inadvertently strengthening it. With a heavy heart, we call for the resignation of Sir Keir Starmer and offer critical support to Wes. Mine's a Big Mac!

What Starmer's allies need to realise is that everyone is baffled and resentful about the fact that Starmer is Prime Minister, so doing anything that draws attention to that fact was always going to result in him caving his own head in.
This is even funnier than it just being Streeting on manoeuvres.

basically every 2024 truism is dead. Trump did not build a lasting multiracial coalition or turn young men into committed Republicans. You don’t need to cave on trans rights to win. The pundits have nothing left to tell you.
