Sometimes when people ask me why I’m wearing a mask I say I’m traveling or have some important thing soon and can’t afford to get sick and miss it and that’s pretty much always true but I think it would be nice if it were more normalized to just say “I don’t want to get sick” and leave it at that

At this point, when Democratic candidates/campaigns are anti-trans, we have to assume it's not just that they a deeply anti-trans themselves. It's not "strategic" or "a compromise for votes" - it's showing who they are.

If I were the mayor or governor, I would simply not allow masked, armed men to kidnap preschool teachers in front of their children. If this isn’t a red line for you as a leader, then I don't know what you think your job is.
