I know a lot of folks whose opinion is "it's a bad law but it's just tiktok, it's not the end of the world." I would encourage folks to read this as this implications are well beyond just a short form video app. Between this, the push for KOSA, and porn id laws, we are witnessing a splinternet.

I found a very similar case in EDVA where they tried for 871, got dismissed, and superseded with 373. Just acquitted Tuesday.
