But parties here aren’t choosing judges, nor are they guaranteed to secure particular outcomes. They’re closing venues where they know a larger proportion of judges are likely to be disposed to rule in their favor.

They’re also the cheapest of the cheap replicas, both the revolver and the boxed flintlock. I cant imagine having his kind of money and buying stuff that would be embarrassing to see for sale in a strip mall gift shop.
