Wishful thinking. It really doesn't look like that. The battery/control pack on a life vest is significantly larger than that.
Two large hands old a large black rectangular device near a waistband. The device is lager than both of the hands, quite chunky and has a wire emerging from the top. It is definitely larger than the small, rectangular object printing beneath Trump's suit in the quoted post.

JURY INSTRUCTION NO. 24 Application of the First Amendment The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects certain speech, even distasteful or highly offensive speech, from criminal liability. Specifically, the First Amendment protects the mere or abstract advocacy of lawlessness or violence, that is, speech that merely, without more, encourages or advocates that others should engage in violence-even violence against political figures or the government-at some indefinite point in the future. However, the First Amendment's protection of speech and political activity is not absolute and does not protect a person from criminal liability if their speech or political activity amounts to incitement, that is, speech directed and likely to produce imminent lawlessness by others. If you find beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Stinson violated 18 USC § 373 with his post on February 18, 2025, then you must further decide whether on that occasion Mr. Stinson engaged, without more, in the mere or abstract advocacy of violence or lawlessness at some indefinite time in the future, in which case you must find Mr. Stinson not guilty, or whether on that occasion, he engaged in speech that was directed and likely to produce imminent lawlessness by others, in which case his speech is not protected by the First Amendment and he may be found guilty of violating Section 373.

Can't say this seems like the best choice of responses while being interviewed by the cops, but definitely got to admit the man's got style.
During the interview, when asked if he had wished harm on federal law enforcement, GIANCOLA told SA Chabot that he would not care if someone shot SA Chabot right then because he considered SA Chabot a “traitor.” Specifically, GIANCOLA stated: “I mean, if someone would shoot an ICE agent and kill him, you personally, for example, no, I would not feel sorry at all because I consider you a traitor and a Nazi. And we killed Nazis in World War II.”
