ICE agents are not police. They have a single authority to search for undocumented persons, which isn't a crime, it's a civil violation. Their arrests are gulag style "administrative arrests" which should be illegal. It's unlawful for agents to claim to be police which should be enforced.

Here’s the deal: ICE officers shouldn’t be allowed to carry firearms at all. If they find themselves in a potentially violent situation, they should retreat and call the local police to handle it.

Taken together with the new video & others synced in this thread, it's clear that this was made into a chaotic scene by the "officers" who were uncoordinated, giving contradictory directions, & putting themselves & others in danger. All together, they murdered an innocent woman trying to leave.
