so that skews it a bit... i analyze data for a living and that would have been called out immediately if i put it on a slide. I get the point - the only a small group of actual voters make the decisions but that should be put into better context. Sorry to be such a meany about it.

how many of the population are 'eligible voters'? can't count under 18 year olds - does this number include only those over 18?
