Biden's "administration didn’t have the same personal character that Trump’s does, with every aspect of its agenda shaped by the president’s unpredictable whims."

Biden surrounded himself with honorable, competent people.

Trump surrounded himself with ass kissers.

That's the biggest difference.
Dozy Donald is a late-night punchline. Here's the real question about Trump's age and health.
Why this president's advancing years raise different issues than Joe Biden's.

@pbump.com writes, "ignorance and rejection of reality serve as validators, indicators of trust" in MAGA world

"Americans who see expertise as a negative rather than a positive [have] been an enormous boon for Trump and for his politics.

NYT: raises "a host of extraordinary legal issues"

Legacy media isv worse than useless.

Trump's invasion is a clear violation of international law and the Constitution. An impeachable offense. An act of terror.

First Venezuela. Next Cuba.

Then Mexico.

Eventually Canada.

Trump imagines himself the dictator of *all* of the Americas.

More dangerous than Putin.

He has a much larger military.

And much softer resistance, lulled by decades of American respect for foreign nations' sovereignty.

Gonzalez is the legitimate president of Venezuela.

Maduro did exactly what Trump tried and failed to do in 2020: cooked the books to steal an election.

Was he captured? Or is Trump helping a fellow oligarch, removing him from a tense domestic situation (in exchange for lavish payment)? We'll see.

Ok, aside from all the other cruelty, incompetence, and lunacy...

The fact that imminent US military activity can be predicted by Domino's Pizza orders is comical.
You’d think the Pentagon would learn to order from their own cafeteria by now.🙄

Lots of posts decrying illegal "war" in Venezuela and "abduction" of Maduro and his wife.

Better explanation below. Sending fellow oligarchs Maduros off to retirement in Dubai while pillaging Venezuela for billions would be much more on brand for Trump.

The explosions were just "death theater".
Venezuela opposition reports the so called "capture" of Maduro was a negotiated deal between Maduro and US for an agreed exit strategy. We reported in November that this would be the case. The US bombed Venezuelan service members as part of a death theatre. #VenezuelaInvasion

Thanks for all the replies. I really didn't think this was that controversial anymore. I guess it is.

One party campaigned on purifying the blood of the US, evicting all people of color.

One party tells us trans people shouldn't exist.

One party supports Putin's subjugation of Ukraine. 1/
700,000 and counting killed by US foreign aid cuts, mostly children in Africa.

Not to mention Trump cozying up to Netanyahu and planning forced relocation for Gazans.

Or Miller's eradication of brown people from the US.

Trump voters, and non-voters, caused incredible death and suffering.

The US two-party system is irreparably broken.

One party is obviously better than the other, but still not good enough to save our nation.

We desperately need a multi-party system.

Ranked choice voting and multi-member districts are how we get there.

Not easy. But not impossible.

Well said.

It's so incredibly painful for the family when dementia sets in.

If only we'd elected Kamala, Trump could go peacefully, supported by his family.

Instead, we're trashing 250 years of democracy, the greatest government ever.

All because we elected a demented dictator.
One last comment about this: it's very difficult to explain this but the particular way that this is difficult to follow and seems to attribute crimes to the accusers and confuse who is in what position - it reminds me a lot of conversations with my mother three or four years ago.
Trump: “Merry Christmas to all, including the many Sleazebags who loved Epstein, gave him bundles of money, went to his Island, attended his parties, & thought he was the greatest guy on earth, only to ‘drop him like a dog’ when things got too HOT … Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas!”

For a country whose leadership values wealth accumulation above all else, the US is remarkably bad at it.

The median American has less wealth than the median Australian, Canadian, Italian, Spaniard, New Zealander, Dane, Norwegian, Belgian, ...

And the list goes on.
Underscoring the United States' extreme wealth inequality...

US ranks #2 in mean wealth per adult.

But drops all the way to #16 in median wealth!

The 50th percentile adult is better off in Australia, Canada, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, etc.
