"It's been true for one million years" that the rich and famous are allowed to assault women, says Trump.

Renee Good was shot at 9:37.

We now know that she was still alive when paramedics arrived at 9:43, with an "inconsistent," "irregular" pulse.

Which means she was still alive when a doctor asked to treat her and was refused by ICE.

They're monsters.

Just needs Congress' approval!

Trump spews out yet another bullshit concept of a plan for a plan.

And NBC claims, "It's for real this time! We could have affordable health care, if only Congress would approve it."

WTF. Legacy media should just get out of the way.

@governorwalz.mn.gov should deploy the National Guard in Minneapolis. The city is facing a hostile invasion.

This is what the US military stands for. This is why they exist.

"I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic."
"Here are the demands we all need to make: Use the National Guard to protect our citizens. Arrest agents who commit crimes. Charge police, National Guard, and ICE with crimes when they commit or refuse to stop them. . . . Do it now."

WSJ doesn't much care about cold-blooded murder by a government agent on the streets of Minneapolis.

But threaten the Fed chair?

Jeopardize the economy's fragile independence from the Destructor in Chief?

Them's fightin' words.

Front-page news.

It continues to be wild to me that investors are so sanguine about the destruction of the US economy. Massive and unpredictable tariffs controlled by a madman. Mass deportations of contributors to the economy. Now a broadside on Fed independence.

Eh, no biggie. Markets flat. VIX up 5.6%.

If you're a masochist (like me) and want to immerse yourself in ICE atrocities, or if you have a MAGA friend or relative who might respond to more video evidence of the regime's terror campaign, here's a really good compilation from @noahpinion.blogsky.venki.dev:

Today we see Noem, Homan, and other regime leaders continue spreading hateful fascist lies and propaganda, smearing Nicole Good, and indirectly denigrating real law enforcement by claiming murder by a person in uniform is normal and heroic.

Great montage from Kimmel of previous propaganda:

Trump: We're gonna pay $80 a barrel to extract Venezuelan oil, and then sell it for $50.

He's not a businessman.

He's the OG Kardashian. Just famous for being famous.

Probably unfair to the Kardashians, though. It's hard to believe anyone is less talented than Trump.

Meanwhile, in Minneapolis, murder by federal agent is a big deal.

Translation:

Russians have a completely different mentality. They don't have the courage to protest, and anyone who did is already dead or in a gulag in Siberia. When Russians want to complain about something, a few people, like sheep, stand in front of a camera 1/

"The core structural shift in the economy over recent decades is not 'productivity led growth.' Rather, the core shift is the progressively widening gap between labor productivity and real wage and salary gains."

It's oligarch wealth and power.

Biden's "administration didn’t have the same personal character that Trump’s does, with every aspect of its agenda shaped by the president’s unpredictable whims."

Biden surrounded himself with honorable, competent people.

Trump surrounded himself with ass kissers.

That's the biggest difference.
Dozy Donald is a late-night punchline. Here's the real question about Trump's age and health.
Why this president's advancing years raise different issues than Joe Biden's.

@pbump.com writes, "ignorance and rejection of reality serve as validators, indicators of trust" in MAGA world

"Americans who see expertise as a negative rather than a positive [have] been an enormous boon for Trump and for his politics.

"It has not been good for America"

First Venezuela. Next Cuba.

Then Mexico.

Eventually Canada.

Trump imagines himself the dictator of *all* of the Americas.

More dangerous than Putin.

He has a much larger military.

And much softer resistance, lulled by decades of American respect for foreign nations' sovereignty.

Gonzalez is the legitimate president of Venezuela.

Maduro did exactly what Trump tried and failed to do in 2020: cooked the books to steal an election.

Was he captured? Or is Trump helping a fellow oligarch, removing him from a tense domestic situation (in exchange for lavish payment)? We'll see.

Ok, aside from all the other cruelty, incompetence, and lunacy...

The fact that imminent US military activity can be predicted by Domino's Pizza orders is comical.
You’d think the Pentagon would learn to order from their own cafeteria by now.🙄

Lots of posts decrying illegal "war" in Venezuela and "abduction" of Maduro and his wife.

Better explanation below. Sending fellow oligarchs Maduros off to retirement in Dubai while pillaging Venezuela for billions would be much more on brand for Trump.

The explosions were just "death theater".
Venezuela opposition reports the so called "capture" of Maduro was a negotiated deal between Maduro and US for an agreed exit strategy. We reported in November that this would be the case. The US bombed Venezuelan service members as part of a death theatre. #VenezuelaInvasion
