as a switch myself, i personally *often* need more aftercare post-domming than i do even after fairly heavy subbing.
if you’re not asking your dominant ahead of & post scene how best *you* can provide them aftercare as a sub along with sharing your needs, you’re just not safe to play with as a sub.
