Under the proposed rule issued by the Trump Administration today, any Medicare- or Medicaid-participating hospital would be barred from providing gender-affirming care to *any child*, even if the care is not paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.

One of the things I really, really love about Psych is that when Jules gets a promotion that means leaving town, Shawn's immaturity comes out in being afraid to tell Gus - but he never really considers not following her. Her career is important to her, and she's important to him, so he's going.
